 ·         Hi Nellie, I wanted to thankyou for the wonderful day you provided for 'CanTeen' last Saturday.  Everyone really enjoyed it and would all love to come back too.  You made us all feel really welcome and comfortable and it was just the right mix of everything.I am sure this wont be the last time we visit your lovely place & eat some yummy food!

·      Thanks so much! Your class was fantastic! I really hope to get to another one when I'm in Melbourne next. I've already been raving about you to the ladies here at work. Was really nice to meet you and share some of your inspiration.

·      Hi Nellie, Just a quick note to say thank you for a wonderful cooking class held  lastFriday night. The food was delicious and certainly offered me some great options for tasty mid week meals! You will be pleased to know that I cooked the spaghettini dish for my husband last night and he loved it!

·     Many thanks again for a wonderful evening last night. I desperately want to come & experience more beautiful recipe's like the ones we had last night. It was certainly one of my favourite classes I have ever attended. It is so easy to get caught up in the 'hype' of watching a celebrity chef at work, but to see someone prepare truly delicious 'warm homey' meals can't be beaten. I am very much looking forward to coming to my class in August and I will keep my eye on up coming classes you have. Again many thanks for a beautiful night.

·    We want to come back often. We have learnt so much tonight & had such a wonderful, fantastic experience!

·     My mother kindly bought me an evening at Relish Mama to learn how to cook with my father. While not thinking it was my cup of tea, I was keen to spend time with my dad and do something new. I arrived and was immediately put at ease. It was like going to a good friends place for a BBQ. People were standing around having a beer or a wine and chatting. Everyone introduced themselves and it was soon apparent that we were all in the same boat. No one really knew each other and we were all pretty average in the kitchen. Nellie is the perfect host. Her personality and warmth impact upon you as forcefully as her blinding smile. No question was too silly and everything was explained in a way we could understand. We sat around in a relaxed, informal way on the beautiful rear deck while Nellie walked us through a few fantastic recipes. The theme was "Blokes Cooking" and the dishes we were taught were easy but still quite impressive. Everyone got a go at actually "doing" the cooking along the way and we all chipped in which was a lovely experience - especially with friends who you had never met only a couple of hours earlier. After the dishes were all prepared we sat down at Nellie's very own (beautifully set) dining table and shared the meal together. Lots of great conversation, wine and of course food. I never thought I would enjoy myself so much but it was fantastic and I am actually doing all the recipes myself this weekend for a BBQ for my wife's birthday. The lovely home, Nellie's infectious warmth, passion and personality all combined to make a wonderful experience. Nellie just "gets it" from the moment you enter their property to her friendly embrace at the end of the evening - a truly amazing woman and a truly amazing night. Thank you and I can't wait to get back. I have already booked all my staff in for a fun evening together and am working on my mates to have a go as well."

·           Nellie,Thanks again for last night - I really enjoyed it. I have just finished shredding chicken for a salad for a bbq this afternoon - it took about 5 minutes and looks quite lovely (how did I never know how to do that???). I am also planning on doing the little chiken in pastry cups for a pre- lunch treat on Sunday. I really enjoyed listening to your cooking chat. So inspiring to hear someone talk about food with such love and passion. Have a lovely Easter.
